ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey

ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys are the generally-accepted national standards/requirements, primarily for commercial deals. These standards enable title insurers and lenders to have confidence that the land survey will address their needs and will meet federal standards for documenting the loan.

General

For all other land surveys, including most residential land surveys, we have a simplified form for your use. We will follow the minimum standards specified by the State of North Carolina.
